Lagos, Nigeria : February 4, 2008: The management of Celtel Nigeria has announced the departure of Messrs Henry Imaseka and Tito Alai from the Board of the Company.

Infotech Network airs on DAAR Communications' Africa Independent Television. DAAR Communications was incorporated in Nigeria in August 1988. DAAR launched its broadcast services in 1994 with the promotion of Nigeria’s first private independent radio station—Raypower 100.5 FM.
